Veterinary medicine is making strides in 2024, with cutting-edge treatments for cats, French bulldogs, and bearded dragons. Cats can now receive targeted cancer therapies, Frenchies can benefit from advanced artificial insemination techniques, and bearded dragons have access to improved diagnostics for parasites and infections.

January 13-17th in 2024 are the dates for the VMX show where 800 educational programs are expected to be held around animal science and animal management.

Dr. Leonatti Wilkinson will be hosting a bearded dragon talk.

"Bearded dragons are by far the most common reptile pets in captivity.  We often see multiple in a day in our practice where we treat only exotic pets. Because of this, the care requirements and veterinary medicine for this species is constantly advancing," said Wilkinson
